Heather Markham, PMHNP-BC

Hi, I’m Heather. I’m a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner who works with kids, teens, and adults. I believe everyone deserves to feel heard and supported when it comes to their mental health.

My goal is to create a space where people feel comfortable being themselves, without judgment. I’ve worked in both hospital and outpatient settings, helping people move through trauma, anxiety, and mood changes.

I take time to understand each person’s unique story and use a mix of medication support and therapy tools that make sense for their needs.

Finding the right provider can feel overwhelming.Whether you’re feeling stuck, exhausted, or just not yourself lately, you’re not alone. I’m here to listen, work together on what matters most to you, and help you find a path forward that feels doable and supportive.
