Meet The Team

Esther Okanlawon

(MSN, FNP-c, PMHNP, CARN-AP (She/her)

Esther is a dedicated and board-certified professional committed to helping her patients achieve their best possible well-being. She pursued a career in Nursing out of a deep belief in making a meaningful difference in people’s lives.

With extensive experience, Esther treats a wide range of conditions, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, OCD, conduct disorder, bipolar and mood disorders, as well as sleep and insomnia issues. She incorporates cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing into her care, with a strong focus on trauma-informed treatment.

Additionally, Esther holds a substance use certification, allowing her to provide specialized care for individuals struggling with substance use disorders. Her commitment to personalized, comprehensive treatment ensures her patients receive the support they need.

Shanna Bowman, NP, PMH-C

(She/her)

Shanna is a board certified nurse practitioner providing treatment across the lifespan. She believes in a holistic patient-centered approach to clinical care, taking into account all aspects of life such as sleep, nutrition, activity level, therapy and spirituality. We are all on our own journeys in life and her goals are to meet you exactly where you are at using a non-judgemental approach.

She is certified in perinatal mental health from Postpartum Support International and has years of experience working with women. Her specialties include perinatal and postpartum mood disorders, anxiety disorders, depression, & ADHD.

At New Path, I am excited to continue my mission of helping everyone living full and meaningful lives. I look forward with partnering with you on your journey.

Meet our friendly and organized Office Administrator, Chey—the first voice you’ll likely hear when you contact our practice. She helps clients with scheduling appointments, rescheduling when life gets busy, and making sure messages reach the right provider quickly. Her calm and helpful nature makes the check-in and check-out process smooth and stress-free.

Chey is often the behind-the-scenes glue of the office—keeping things organized, professional, and client-focused. Whether you’re calling for the first time or stopping by after your session, she’s here to make your experience easy and positive.

Latisha is a Board Certified Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who provides care across the lifespan. Her treatment approach involves establishing collaborative relationships to develop individualized treatment interventions. She is committed to helping people meet their goals by creating a supportive environment that encourages open communication and patient empowerment.

Latisha started her career as a Registered Nurse with the intention of providing exceptional care and treating every patient with respect. The values she holds dear have not changed. She prides herself on providing culturally competent care in a safe environment.
