INITIAL EVALUATION
Initial psychiatric evaluations are for new clients and those who have not had an appointment within the past year. Each visit will be individually specialized with a treatment plan provided at the end of each visit.
For children, teenagers and adult
Intake: $300
Follow-up: $150
FOLLOW-UP ASSESSMENT
It can be tempting to put off your next appointment. At New Path Psychiatry, we make it easier than ever to schedule your follow-up appointment. This is required to assess treatment effectiveness and to ensure continued medication management as needed.
