There is nothing in the world like connecting with someone and helping them feel better. That Is why I am here. I would love to meet you, and help you feel your best.

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, dedicated to offering quality, compassionate, and comprehensive mental health services to children, adolescents, and adults. My strong clinical skills are complemented by my natural ability to connect with patients and their families. I work closely with clients to develop holistic treatment plans tailored to their individual needs.

I specialize in an integrative approach to care, focusing on the whole person. This means incorporating aspects like diet, lifestyle, sleep, and exercise into each client’s care plan, alongside medications when necessary. While I have a particular passion for treating women and children, I welcome clients of all ages and genders and am a proud ally of the LGBTQ+ community.
