Throughout my career, I have shown a deep commitment to improving the lives of my patients through evidence-based practice and personalized care. With a Master of Nursing degree from the University of Colorado and degrees in nursing and Spanish from the University of Iowa, I have education and experience across various healthcare settings, including hospitals, community mental health centers, and outpatient clinics.
I specialize in an integrative approach to care, focusing on the whole person. This means incorporating aspects like diet, lifestyle, sleep, and exercise into each client’s care plan, alongside medications when necessary. While I have a particular passion for treating women and children, I welcome clients of all ages and genders and am a proud ally of the LGBTQ+ community.
